Mr Pepin Esaw arrived at the life insurance industry in 1990 by joining the ‘Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC)’ as an Agency Manager. There was not looking back then. Having a penchant to deliver the best he always performed better and better in his career which earned him further promotions in marketing as well as management side.
Year after year he received awards as a top performing agency manager. He was the No.1 Development Officer for the past 12 years & today he is Sr. Business Associate of LIC which is one highest Honor for a Development Officer.
Mr. Pepin Esaw is a perfectionist & has a professional approach towards his profession, having a sophisticated office in the heart of city at Coimbatore is having a team of 6 people to make his agency force more comfortable in their operations.
He believes “Learning is a Process which should not have a pause” conducts regular training to his agents on various grounds (Time Management, Need based Selling, Wealth Management, etc.,) which will upgrade the knowledge of his agency force and be unique in the market.
Keeping the above phase in mind, he also attends various training across the globe.
